Ward was born the 15th of April 1975 in MonroeLouisiana. Monroe Christian School is a only private Christian school for children of all ages. Ward attended Ouachita parish high school for secondary education. She then moved to River Oaks High School the season following her senior year. Following graduation, she briefly went to Northeast Louisiana University. Ward left her high school when she was 13 and started modeling. After a few years she decided to take up acting. The first time she appeared on stage was in an uncredited part in 1970's soap-opera All My Children, and she was later cast in an teen drama for NBC Prime-Time Malibu Shores. The soap for daytime Sunset Beach cast Ward as the female Meg Cummings in late 1996. The year 1999 saw her film career began by playing Brittany Foster (the psychotic Brittany Foster) in the romantic thriller The In Crowd. The film in theaters was unsuccessful, however it enjoyed an initial success on both DVD and cable. Ward made a cameo appearance in Shallow Hal - a smash movie the following year. Ward has also appeared in a variety of direct-to-DVD films and made guest appearances on various television shows including Friends. The role as Chloe Kmet was hers in 2009 as she played the mom of a girl on the ABC Family drama Make It or Break It. In private, she was married to David C. Robinson. They had a son named Cameron.

Her videos on blackheads, cysts removals and pimple popping have been viewed millions of times. Dr. Pimple popping has become a cult name for her on You Tube Instagram Facebook. In addition, she was a part of six seasons on the television series Dr. Pimple Popper which aired on TLC.
