Andrea Corr
Andrea Jane Corr, MBE Andrea Jane Corr is an Irish singer-songwriter and musician. Corr started her career in 1990 with the Celtic rock and pop group The Corrs, alongside Caroline Sharon Jim. Andrea Corr, an Irish musician, songwriter and actor is one of the Corrs. Andrea Corr was awarded the Most Excellent Order of the British Empire was awarded to Andrea Corr, and she's also known as the member of the Celtic Folk and Pop-Rock group The Corrs. As the lead vocalist and multi-instrumentalist of The Corrs, Andrea is the group's leader. Beginning her acting career in 1991 Andrea then became an accomplished musician as well as a stage performer. She performed as a playback singer for the 1998 Warner Bros. animated film The Quest for Camelot. She has six studio albums, two compilation albums, two live albums and one remix album to her credit Andrea is well-known as an artist with a variety of talents. Her efforts to help others have been acknowledged. Andrea's stockbroker husband as well as two children belong to her. Andrea was able to learn music at the age of seven through playing the tinny. Andrea also learned to play piano under the tutelage of Gerry. Andrea also plays the ukulele. In her teens, she was working on her musical techniques. She teamed up with her sisters and brothers in order to sing for the group. Andrea was often a part of the school's productions. She was a student at Dun Lughaidh Convent.
